The film starts
with the main character Hugh at home cracking on with a presentation he is supposed
to do to make his co-workers aware of the risk of hackers. As this is happens
we see an unknown figure by a computer hacking. We go back to Hugh and we find
out that all his money in the bank has been removed and he doesn’t know how. We
then see the unknown figure come out of the dark. It turns out to be a woman. She
then turns the lights on lies on her bed, going on a shopping spree with the
money she has just stolen.
The whole film
Hugh goes to the
police and reports what has just happened. They say that they are investigating
what has happened but has warned him that it may take while as they have too
many cases now. Hugh decides to take the case on his own and goes to his friend
who works in the ICT department of his work. His friend, who also is a hacker, finds
the hackers IP address and tells Hugh the address. Saying his good byes to his
family, Hugh travels half the country to find this hacker. After many hours he
finally reaches his destination. When he goes to knock on the door he finds
that it is unlocked, and he enters the hackers house. Out of nowhere a frying
pan hits him round the head and the screen goes to black. He wakes up tied to a
share in the living room. The chair is a fat boy chair and he is tide up with a
mixture of skipping rope and duct tape. The hacker says that she is called Zoe.
Zoe accuses Hugh of being a loan shark she owes money too. Hugh with no effort
at all breaks out of the harnesses and then they have a row. The screen fades
out and we discover that they have had a heart to heart and that Hugh still annoyed
understands why she did it.
After finally
working out why she had committed the attack she had realised that something
had happened to the money she stole. This then leads to both the main character
and the female hacker to try to work together to find where the money had gone
and they took down the loan sharks. Eventually they tracked down the money and
had come across an even bigger sum which they both decided to share. Years later
they are both best friends, the man still working at his old job and the female
hacker now works for the government.
The film ends
with her calling him up asking for his assistance as something has happened as
she needs his help….
