RESIT - shotlist (Chris)

These are some of the shots that we are going to want to use in our final piece to make sure that the film comes out the way in which we want it to.

The first scene that we want in our piece is an opening shot from black to introduce the main character. We feel that this would be a good way to build the suspense of what is going to happen later on in the film.

The second scene that we are going to want to show - and this sort of scene will continue throughout the first part of the opening, is different camera angles of the main character. we want to show off the sort of location on where he is. we feel that this should help set the scene for our piece.

The third sort of scene we want to use is a close up on some computer monitors. We will use this for the hacker to help introduce her. we feel that not showing her till the end will bring upon the surprise that it is a woman hacker and not a man.

The fourth shot we want to use in our film opening is a close up on the mouse and keyboard of the hacker. We want to show the skill that the hacker has and help introduce that she is hard at work. with shots of the mouse, keyboard and her typing means that it will help show the audience what she is doing.

The fifth shot we want to use is a shot of some green text. The stereotype of hacking is that its a screen full of green text. The advantage of the software we used meant that we could create this green text to give the idea that something dodgy is going on.

One of the final shots that we are going to want in our film opening is a shot of the main characters laptop and his bank account. We want to show that he has no money and his reaction - showing that something has happened.

Finally, we want a shot of the hacker girl. We want to introduce her at the very end to help create the surprise that it was a girl that was hacking. We also want to have a comedic evil laugh at the end to give the impression that she is evil.
